If you’re not completely delighted, you can return or exchange any unworn, unaltered item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Loose diamonds may be returned within 100 days.

- Request a return from your account or contact our concierge within 60 days of delivery.
- We email a prepaid, insured return label — return shipping is on us.
- Once your piece passes a quick condition check, we process your refund within 3 – 5 business days.
A Few Notes
- Custom-made or engraved pieces are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
- Free resizing remains available within 60 days even on non-returnable pieces.
- Original certificates, boxes and packaging must be included with the return.

Is shipping really free everywhere?
Yes — standard shipping is always free and fully insured, with no minimum order. Express delivery is available at a flat rate shown at checkout.
How are packages insured?
Every shipment is fully insured for its full value, signature-required and discreetly packaged. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we replace or refund it immediately.
Can I track my order?

What if my ring needs resizing?
We offer free resizing within 60 days of delivery, and a lifetime resizing service for a small fee afterward. Most resizes are completed within 2 – 3 weeks.
