By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products & Pricing
All diamonds are laboratory-grown and graded by IGI or GIA. Prices are displayed in the currency you select and may include or exclude applicable taxes, which are confirmed at checkout. We make every effort to ensure accuracy; if a price error occurs, we will contact you before processing.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed by email once payment is authorised. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. Custom and made-to-order pieces require a deposit and cannot be cancelled once production begins.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Ready-to-ship items dispatch within 24 hours; made-to-order pieces ship in 10–21 days. All shipments are fully insured. Title and risk transfer on delivery.
5. Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange most items within 60 days of delivery in original condition for a full refund. Custom-made pieces may be exchanged but not returned. Return shipping is provided with a prepaid label.
6. Warranty
Every OENLI piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, covering resizing, rhodium re-polishing and repair of craftsmanship issues. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage or loss.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — designs, text, images, logos and code — is the property of OENLI and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OENLI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or products.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Shanghai.
